We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location, nestled in a lush garden, was absolutely stunning. The serene atmosphere provided enhanced comfort and relaxation throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, providing excellent room service and assistance with car and bicycle hire. The housekeeping was top-notch, keeping our room pristine and tidy. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site shops and laundry services, making our stay hassle-free. The hotel amenities surpassed our expectations, with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, and even a night club for some late-night entertainment. the pool area and gardens were well-maintained and added to the overall relaxation. the location was also convenient for my business needs. Plus, the hot water was reliable, which is not always the case in Sri Lanka.
the room I stayed in had a leaky roof, which was quite noisy at night.

If looking for a quiet retreat in an attractive garden setting, this hotel may be of interest. the lush gardens are a highlight and provide an ideal spot for reflection or relaxation with a book. the location is also good for exploring nearby Sigiriya cave and the east coast of Sri Lanka. Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff are excellent at keeping them neat and tidy. the buffet breakfast is varied with plenty of options to choose from.
Some facilities could be improved such as inadequate lighting in some rooms.

Friendly staff and delicious food
During our city break, we had a pleasant experience at this hotel. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and how they were always willing to help us out. We were pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of the food offered by the hotel. The location was convenient for us as it was close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Another advantage was the spacious and clean rooms that were equipped with all the necessary amenities.
We did have a few minor issues during our stay. The quality of the pool water was not satisfactory, and the tiles looked loose.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel's peaceful natural garden setting. The hotel facilities, including the pool area, were neat and clean. We appreciated the safe parking area for our transportation. Additionally, this hotel was in a central location close to a beautiful walking path along a lake that offered an enjoyable safari experience. The breakfast was satisfying, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating.
